Gob Feeder
Our feeder is mainly used to produce high‑quality items with speeds cutting between 2 and 15 pieces per minute.
This new feeder has a construction like traditional feeders, but in this case the vertical movement of the plunger and the movement of the shear system are controlled by the technology of high-capacity Brushless Servo Motors.
One more cut for cleaning must be made at low speed, resulting in glass loss.
Each of these solutions has its own fields of application and obviously its own application limits. As is often the case, no system is ideal for all applications. The most suitable process must be selected for each individual application.
